Where do we ship?

We ship only to all the 50 states in the USA only and do not ship internationally at the moment.

You will receive an order confirmation with an invoice after placing an order. The tracking is also emailed out. Additionally, updates will also be emailed. 

 

Shipping time and Shipping charge estimates are as below:

Order Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 4-5 Business Days.

Order Cut off time: 2:00 PM (GMT-7)

When you order items worth $25 or more from Tipsyhoe.com, your shipping is FREE. When the order value is under 25$, there is a 10$ shipping fee.

What if I receive a broken item
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, Please contact our support team at help@tipsyhoe.com and we would replace your item

  • You may be asked to provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.

 

Address details: The customer is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. Even if an order has been prepared manually, the customer must check this data for correctness. If an address turns out to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs for returning the package or losing the package will be charged to the customer. Even when a payment link is prepared for the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully checking this information (type of product, size, quantity and shipping address).
