Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I file a return?

What if I receive a broken item
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, Please contact our support team at help@tipsyhoe.com and we would replace your item
- You may be asked to provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
Return Shipping Cost:
You will be responsible for paying for all the shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return the product, We will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
What If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want it: they can initiate a refund request by mailing at help@tipsyhoe.com and they can return it and get refund by paying the actual cost of shipping.
